IMPACTING LIVES
Bishop Deborah K. Webb holds a deep and unwavering conviction that life is sacred and that every human life carries inherent value. From an early age, her inquisitive nature cultivated a profound interest in understanding the human body and the origins of life. This curiosity led her to pursue training in nursing, with aspirations of becoming a physician. However, God redirected her path, calling her to impact lives in ways far beyond what she initially envisioned.
Today, as a Bishop, businesswoman, thought leader, prophet, and educator, Bishop Webb has influenced countless lives across both sacred and secular spaces. Through her leadership and vision, she challenges individuals and communities to pursue excellence, expand their potential, and contribute meaningfully to the well-being of others. She firmly believes that positively impacting lives is essential to strengthening the health, prosperity, and future of humanity.
Recognizing that transformed thinking can reshape the trajectory of a person’s destiny, Bishop Webb remains deeply committed to inspiring others to become agents of change in the world. Over the years, she has partnered with political, philanthropic, community, and faith-based organizations to advance initiatives that create lasting impact. A central focus of her work has been addressing the devastating effects of healthcare disparities, racial inequities, and poverty—particularly among communities of color. Through strategic alliances, civic engagement, and collaborative leadership, she continues to help drive meaningful and sustainable change.
As a board-eligible chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains, with a specialty in mental health, Bishop Webb is also a dedicated advocate for individuals living with mental illness. Her experience in clinical and spiritual care has allowed her to witness remarkable transformations—from wounded minds to restored hope—through the combined power of cognitive support, compassionate care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Within the sacred sphere, Bishop Webb has mentored and mobilized many to answer the call of God on their lives, encouraging them to pursue deeper spiritual relationships and walk boldly in their divine purpose. Through her preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, she has empowered believers to embrace their destiny. As a prophet of God, her keen prophetic insight has helped reveal purpose, direction, and hope for countless individuals seeking clarity about their future.
Whether serving as a life coach, preacher, prophet, teacher, advocate, or community leader, Bishop Webb remains steadfast in her commitment that every gift, talent, and opportunity entrusted to her is used for the glory of God. She is passionate about building strong infrastructures that deliver vibrant, life-giving resources and services to individuals and families—empowering them in turn to strengthen the communities in which they live.
Her ultimate vision is that these thriving communities will multiply and extend globally, creating a ripple effect of transformation that brings lasting positive change to lives and societies around the world.

ILLUMINATING MINDS
Echoing the powerful words coined in 1972 by the United Negro College Fund, “A mind is a terrible thing to waste,” DK Webb Global Ministries wholeheartedly advocates for the enlightenment of minds through both education and empowerment. The ministry believes that these two forces must work together—like partners in covenant—to produce meaningful and lasting change in the world.
This philosophy is anchored in the Word of God, which declares in Psalm 119:105, “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” The ministry firmly believes that sustainable transformation cannot occur without a guiding light. Education illuminates understanding, while the Word of God provides divine direction.
At the foundation of DK Webb Global Ministries is the unwavering belief that prayer is the starting point of empowerment. Prayer is one of the most powerful weapons available in the darkest rooms of despair. Through prayer, individuals communicate with God—seeking answers to difficult questions, comfort in times of sorrow, and clarity in moments of confusion. This sacred dialogue with God ignites the faith and courage necessary for meaningful change.
Prayer enables us not only to find light in dark situations but also to bring illumination to circumstances that once seemed unclear or overwhelming.
As minds become enlightened, perspectives begin to shift. When perspectives change, thinking changes. And when thinking changes, lives and communities are transformed. Like a master strategist guiding the next move in a chess match, God directs and illuminates our path so that we may navigate life wisely—overcoming the challenges that plague us, solving the problems that perplex us, and removing the barriers that prevent us from living our fullest lives.
Education is another powerful force that shapes brighter futures. Knowledge expands vision, strengthens decision-making, and equips individuals to pursue purpose with confidence. As an educator in both ministry and the marketplace, Bishop Deborah K. Webb is deeply committed to cultivating minds through knowledge.
Whether teaching the intricate systems of the human body or revealing the depth and wisdom of the Word of God, she passionately connects natural understanding with spiritual insight. Her unique teaching style often integrates the sciences of human anatomy and physiology with the principles of spiritual development, demonstrating how the physical and spiritual dimensions of life work together.
Bishop Webb believes that God has called her to build bridges between sacred and secular communities—uniting people through a shared vision for a healthier, more compassionate, and more unified world.
This conviction fuels her mission to inspire individuals to pursue their dreams, cultivate their gifts, and create brighter futures for themselves, their families, and the communities they serve.

INFLUENCING DESTINY
Bishop Deborah K. Webb is widely recognized as an influential leader within her sphere of service—as a shepherd, educator, and prophetic voice. God has entrusted her with a compelling voice that inspires others to broaden their vision and expand the boundaries of what they believe is possible. With a heart devoted to service, she has long been passionate about building stronger, more productive, and thriving communities through collaboration with diverse organizations and leaders.
As a forward-thinking thought leader of the 21st century, Bishop Webb is deeply committed to equipping, empowering, and educating individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to pursue their divine purpose and destiny.
She firmly believes that hearing and seeing are prerequisites to doing and becoming. Through her candid, compassionate, and thought-provoking style of communication, Prophetess Webb challenges individuals to examine how they think about themselves and their potential. She teaches that the way we perceive ourselves profoundly shapes how we interact with others and engage the world around us. When individuals reflect deeply on their lives, communities, and global environment, they become empowered to initiate meaningful internal transformation that can influence generations to come.
Gifted with a strong apostolic anointing, Bishop Webb has influenced and mentored countless leaders who now serve in ministry and community leadership around the world. She has been instrumental in planting more than twenty churches nationally and over 50 in India and one in Africa. For over a decade, she faithfully served as Senior Pastor of one of these congregations before transitioning leadership to her biological son.
Throughout her ministry journey, Bishop Webb has established several impactful platforms designed to develop and mobilize others. She is the Founder and CEO of the Prophetic Preparatory Institute (PPI), an educational organization dedicated to equipping and empowering prophetic voices to develop their calling and activate their potential as prophets of God.
Additionally, she founded and led multiple prayer groups beginning in 1990 with women, to noon-day prayer groups to leading Global Intercessory Generals for nearly twelve years during this time. Her prophetic intercessory network consists of seasoned prayer leaders and spiritual strategists across multiple countries and continents who have committed themselves to fasting, prayer, and continuous intercession on behalf of individuals, communities, and nations around the world.
A prolific writer, Bishop Webb also added the title of author to her accomplishments when she documented her personal journey through the COVID-19 pandemic in her book Dark Shadows: My COVID-19 Experience, offering readers a powerful testimony of perseverance, faith, and healing.
In July 2022, Bishop Webb stepped into a historic role when she was consecrated as the first woman Bishop in The Temple of Praise International Fellowship of Churches. She was formally consecrated by her Bishop and Presiding Prelate, Bishop Glen A. Staples, along with the College of Bishops before a great cloud of witnesses. Yet, despite this milestone, she believes her work for the Kingdom of God is far from complete.
In September 2022, she launched Dominion TV, a global television network accessible through Roku and Amazon Fire TV, extending her ministry and leadership influence to viewers around the world. During the same period, she also established Eternal Excellency Kingdom Ministries, an apostolic alliance created to provide spiritual covering, leadership development, and support for presbyters and ministry leaders who are committed to operating in a spirit of excellence.
Whether in the classroom teaching healthcare concepts, facilitating leadership training sessions focused on self-development, or preaching from the pulpit to transform lives through the Word of God, Bishop Webb remains committed to fulfilling her divine assignment.
She believes that when people unite around a common purpose, the benefits transcend cultural, generational, gender, socio-economic, and religious boundaries—allowing individuals and communities to rise to their highest potential. As she often affirms, “It takes a village.”
Despite her many accomplishments, Bishop Webb considers her greatest achievement was raising her two grown biological sons as a single parent and guiding them to discover and pursue their purpose in life. She remains grateful for the support of the village that helped her fulfill this sacred responsibility.
She is also the proud grandmother of Jeremiah, who brings immense joy to her life. In her personal time, Bishop Webb enjoys football and is a devoted fan of Washington’s NFL team, now known as the Commanders.
Above all, Bishop Webb remains a humble servant who gives God all the glory for what He has done—and continues to do—in her life. She lives and leads with a singular focus: "to serve an audience of One and to please Him in all that she does."
