Bishop Webb strongly believes that life is valuable and that all lives have value. In that wise, she also developed a great hunger and love for studying the human body to satisfy her inquisitive mind about the origin of life.
Trained as a nurse with an aspiration to become a physician, God had a change of plans for her to impact lives. As a Bishop, businesswoman, thought influencer, prophet, and educator; she has provoked countless lives in the sacred as well as secular arenas to excel and exceed as well as to help save lives. She strongly believes that impacting lives in a positive way is most critical to maximizing the health and wealth of all humanity.

Knowing that changed thoughts can change the very trajectory of one’s path to destiny; she passionately continues to inspire others to make an impact in the world in which we live. By partnering through the years with political, philanthropic, community, and faith-based organizations; she has assisted in effectuating change by transforming the lives of many. Her passion to mitigate the devastating effects of health care disparities, racial inequalities, and impoverished living; especially amongst people of color, has been a primary focus of her ministry. This mission has been actuated through alliances, membership, and fellowship with various civic and social organizations to create decisive change.
As a board-eligible chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains with a specialty in mental health; she is a strong advocate for those challenged with mental illnesses. She has witnessed the transformation from sick to healthy minds through cognition, collaboration, and compassion among the ill and their multidisciplinary team.

In the sacred arena, she has impacted lives by motivating and mentoring others to answer the call of God on their lives, to seek a deeper relationship with him, and to walk in their destiny. These efforts have been realized through her teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. As a prophet of God, her keen prophetic acumen has revealed great plans for great futures in the lives of innumerable souls.
Whether her gifts, talents, education, and training are being used as a life coach, preacher, prophet, teacher, advocate, or community leader, it is all for God’s glory! She thrives upon helping to build infrastructure that produces vibrant, valuable, vital services to individuals and/or families who then build the same communities. The ultimate goal is that the vibrancy becomes global to effectuate positive change in lives and communities around the world.
ILLUMINATING MINDS
In the words coined in 1972 as a slogan for the great UNCF,”A mind is a terrible thing to waste”; DK Webb Global Ministries wholeheartedly advocates for enlightening minds through education and empowerment. She believes there must be a marriage between the two to execute viable changes in the world. Coupled with the Word of God which declares, “Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my pathway;” the ministry unequivocally believes no feasible change can ever be realized without a guiding light.
DK Webb Global Ministries endeavors to empower first through prayer. Prayer is one of the greatest weapons in the dark rooms of despair. Simply communicating with God seeking answers to tough questions, seeking solace in sorrow, or seeking comfort in confusion is such an ignitable fuel for combustible change. The ministry believes that prayer helps us to see the light in dark situations as well as shed light in obscure circumstances.

As we focus on being enlightened, it helps us to see things from a distinct perspective which can aid us in changing how we think and ultimately lead us in changing our world conditions. As a Chess Master, God tells us our next move to make to win in this game called life. He directs and illuminates our paths to show us how to change things that plagues us, things that perplexes us and things that prevents and pulls us away from living our best life.
Secondly, educating minds as the UNCF alluded to in their slogan, is also powerful wattage that brightens our futures in a most exponential way for knowledge is power. As an educator in ministry and the marketplace, Prophetess DK Webb is deeply invested in cultivating minds through knowledge. She is a passionate educator whether enveloping impressionable minds about the anatomy and physiology of the body or explaining to those seeking to know more about the Word of God. Oftentimes, she will incorporate the two in her candid, upfront style of preaching to correlate the natural body with the spiritual. Shedding light on the process of human development and mechanisms of cells or spiritual development and the mandate of God; is an absolute love and immense pleasure for her to share.
Prophetess believes that God has always used her gifts and talents to help build a bridge between the sacred and secular communities that we become one in our vision for a healthier, livelier, loving, and unified world. This belief ignites her quest to impress upon minds and hearts to pursue their dreams as they create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
INFLUENCING DESTINY
Influential in her sphere of responsibility as a shepherd, an educator, or a prophet; God uses her voice to compel others to expand their horizons and enlarge their territory. With a heart to serve, building more productive, profitable communities via collaboration with multiple entities has always been her passion. As a great thought leader in the 21st century; she endeavors to equip, empower, and educate people with the tools they need to pursue their destiny.
With a firm belief that hearing and seeing are prerequisites to doing and becoming; Prophetess encourages many through her provocative, candid, and compassionate style of communication. She wholeheartedly believes and endorses a mindset of how we view and think about ourselves greatly influences our interaction amongst humanity. Therefore, as we reflect upon ourselves, our environment, our communities, our nations, or our world; we make sustainable changes from within and substantially influence generations to come.
Gifted with an apostolic anointing, she has influenced countless leaders to help shape the lives of others. Prophetess has been instrumental in planting over twelve churches to date to include one in Africa. She served as the Senior Pastor of one for well over a decade before releasing the reins into the hands of her biological son. In 2020, continuing in that pioneering spirit, she embraced a new assignment to plant yet another local assembly in the DMV.
Also, in continuance of her journey to inspire others; through the years she has created new venues to aid in her efforts. Prophetess is the Founder and CEO of the Prophetic Preparatory Institute. PPI is an educational entity endeavoring to equip, educate and empower prophetic voices to activate their potential as prophets of God. Moreover, she founded and has spearheaded a prophetic intercessory group for almost twelve years, Global Intercessory Generals. The generals are experienced and highly trained prayer strategists and warriors in various countries and continents who has committed to fast, pray and intercede incessantly for others around the globe.
As a prolific writer, she added author to her name as she penned a book about her Covid-19 struggle entitled Dark Shadows: My Covid 19 experience.

In July 2022, she yet stepped into pioneering shoes making history as the first woman Bishop in her organization, The Temple of Praise International Fellowship of Churches. Her Bishop and Presiding Prelate, Bishop Glen A. Staples duly consecrated her along with the College of Bishops amongst a great cloud of witnesses. However, she believes there is still much more she must do for the kingdom.
Therefore, in September 2022 she launched her own TV network, Dominion TV which viewership spans the globe through ROKU and AMAZON/FIRETV . Also, she launched her own organization, Eternal Excellency Kingdom Ministries. This alliance serves as an apostolic covering to other presbyter in the kingdom with a spirit of excellence. And the best is yet to come!
Hence, whether in a classroom impressing minds about healthcare concepts, in trainings elevating minds concerning self-evaluation or in a pulpit teaching while enhancing lives through the Word of God; the ministry mission is being fulfilled.
Prophetess believes when we unify for a common cause, the benefit transcends cultural, generational, gender, socio-economic and religious barriers that everyone can live up to their maximum potential. She resolutely believes “It takes a village.”
Bishop feels her greatest achievement and accomplishment in life is single handedly raising two biological sons to find, know and pursue their purpose in life. She is grateful for the help of a village in achieving this great assignment as a parent. Prophetess is also the grandmother of Jeremiah, the joy of her life. As an avid football fan, she is equally enthusiastic about her team, the former Redskins, now the newly minted Commanders. As a humble servant, she gives God all the glory for the remarkable things he has done and yet doing in her life!! She performs for an audience of one that she may please him!
